  • Training
  • Trained operators are an important element for constant and smooth operation. PureOne is ready do provide dedicated training sessions in addition to the standard one during start up activities, both on Customer side or in PureOne premises. Training sessions can be organized even for Customers supervisors as well as validation technicians.

  • Technical Assistance
  • Technical assistance can range from simple telephonic support, to a direct and fast site intervention. To grant the most efficient reactivity, PureOne has established a number of regional and local after sales services, to better fit with customers needs.

    The activities also includes fine tuning of the plant, so to reach the highest performances of the same.

  • Revamping
  • In most of the cases the obsolescence of equipment is related to instrumental and electronic parts and components, like control system. PureOneAfter Sales Service is able to provide for full overhauling of existing systems, including relevant change control.

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance is the best way to grant continuous operation of water systems. PureOne developed a complete program of preventive maintenance activities for its systems, which can be customized according to specific situations. During a Preventive Maintenance visit a check-list is executed and, where needed, chemical cleanings, components replacements is performed. Finally a reliability analysis of the system is also performed.

  • By providing the water production equipment with proper features, it is possible to implement a remote monitoring system, so that PureOneAfter Sales Service can overview "in real time" the status of the production system and better identify the solution of eventual situations.
